ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I have been working with some colleagues to create a media project on
music and science. Specifically, the project focuses on the way music
affects people and other animals, and is intended to result in a
nationally broadcast television program.
As part of the proposal the team is preparing, they are looking for ways
to extend the programming into to the informal and formal science
learning community. The Hall is going to work with them to create some
demo's and web-based activities, and a major music school is going to
focus on creating activities from the musician's perspective. At this
point, we are trying to think of organizations that might be good to
partner with or other outreach mechanisms.
I am sorry to be a bit vague, but the project is in development, etc
etc. It does seem like it will be rich and engaging, so we will
appreciate any ideas either on or off list.
