We have trapezoid shaped tables that are pretty easy for one person to move
around and can be placed in many different configurations depending on our
needs and desires.  Also, all have adjustable legs.  Don't assume that your
floors are consistently level.  

I would also encourage as many power outlets as you can (hanging from the
ceiling too - retractable coils) and as much storage cabinetry as possible.
You also might want to think about the ability to totally darken the room -
if you have that need.
