Our office has been doing some work in conjunction with restoration of
several late 19th-century bath houses at Hot Springs National Park in Hot
Springs, Arkansas. Final reports are still pending, but you can contact the
lead archeologist, Bill Hunt, for information on the project and possible

Does anyone know of any archaeological studies of 19th century water cure
establishments? I'm hoping that there are some residing out there in the
gray literature universe!
