The Historic Review Board holds two meetings a month; a public hearing and a
business meeting.  The hearing is held the second Wednesday of the month and
the business meeting on the fourth Wednesday of the month.  Unless otherwise
noted, meetings are held at 5 p.m. in the New Castle County Government
Center.  All testimony will be heard at the public hearing.
