Ron,

This project was Let for construction months ago and 106 had been
successfully concluded. Because the resource has now been identified we
have reopened the 106 consultation and discussed the issues with the GA
SHPO. We have reached an agreement on eligibility, effects, and
mitigation measures.

Shawn

Shawn,

Why do you assume it will be destroyed? If this is a Section 106
evaluation,
you should be looking at alternatives such as elevating the road or
diverting the road to avoid impacts.
