An urban example of a threaatened historical site evaluated and  successfully 
nominated to the NRHP is the Campo de Cahuenga in North Hollywood,  Los 
Angeles.  Details are described in an article in the latest PCAS  QUARTERLY,  vol. 
38 [2&3], pp. 37-46.
