Jim Dixon,

I fear the fact that a 80-year old Spanish Eclectic building in jolly "old"
California would probably not excite someone from England, but this building is
a candidate for National Register listing. I simply attended a government
hearing and listened to the debate last night and wanted to read other people's
thoughts on the topic of impacting the structural portions of the building.
