Dear William:

Recently we have built a classic wave tank, which is a well known and
proven exhibit. One of our employees grows trouts at home and for the
fun of it he put three little ones into the wave tank. They survived
surprisingly long (when they got too big the mechanism of the wave
machine was a bit harmful, but this problem could have been solved...),
most the time they stood in the flow above the sand anyway, which was
absolutely fascinating to watch (next to the waves and the pattern of
the sand). In principle the client was pleased with the idea, but
ultimately, the tank was put on the floor without fish, which is a
shame, but nobody wants to fight with PETA...

Regards,
Axel E.
