From NASA Informal Education Manager Jim Stofan:
Informal Education Colleagues:
NASA will return Space Shuttles to flight with a mission on the
Shuttle Discovery this summer. The crew of seven is charged with a
busy to-do list, including testing new safety techniques and
delivering much-needed supplies to the International Space Station.
Discovery's launch is targeted for a launch window that extends from
July 13-31, 2005.
NASA is interested in learning more about what your institutions are
planning this summer related to the return of the shuttles to flight.
Please take a couple of minutes to respond to the following questions
by Monday, June 27, 2005. Responses can be emailed to Renee Juhans in
NASA's Public Affairs Office at [log in to unmask]

2. Are you planning any special events at your institution on
launch day (currently scheduled launch window is July 13-31, 2005)?
3. Are you planning to broadcast NASA TV coverage of Return to
Flight in your institution on the day of launch?
4. Would you be interested in participating in live interviews
