This concerns the previously announced Field School on Nevis, West Indies,
being conducted this summer by the Institute for Advanced
Interdisciplinary Caribbean Studies.
The deadline for registering for participation is June 16, 2006.
Project dates are July 23-August 12
The project will survey and document a 17th-19th century sugar plantation,
factory, great house, and workers quarters. This is the first year of the
project and likley to be very exciting.
Cost continues to be an affordable $1100 plus airfare.
