Hi all,

Among all the postings for ASTC presentations (which are coming due far
too quickly), I'd like to toss mine into the mix...

I would like to do one on "Exhibits That Worked (but not the way we
intended)"

It would be a panel discussion followed by some small group discussions
about some of the exhibits and/or exhibit components that we have made
and were very popular with the public, but our visitors seldom (if ever)
used them the way we had designed. It would be a good laugh (I hope) as
well as an excellent opportunity to discuss prototyping (why didn't we
see this in prototyping) and the process of remediation (did you solve
the disconnect? Or did you modify the experience to better fit what the
visitors were already doing?). We could also include programs, videos,
etc. if there are some of you out there who have had those experiences.

I am looking for presenters for the panel. If you are interested,
please contact me off-list at [log in to unmask]

Thanks and see you in Louisville!
Keith
