I went to Stirling's site and had a listen to his quartet that he
mentioned in an earlier post.  After one hearing, I'd have to give the
lad a pat on the back.  (I don't care how old he is, he's probably a lad
compared to me.) It's certainly better than most other works by living
composers I've heard, and I hope he gets his due from it.  Particularly
effective pizzicato in the inner voices; good job.
