I know that there are a few good reservations software program that meet the specific needs of each of your facilities.  However, I am getting pressured to use a package called Tessitura.  It is primarily a ticketing program for theaters, auditoriums, etc and has a good data base engine.  However, I am not sure that it would work for scheduling groups, etc in a museum environment.

Does anyone have or know of any experiences with Tessitura?
