Some years ago, the local business office of our water
company, Pennsylvania-American Water Company, included
a drinking fountain encased in glass [this was an
indoor drinking fountain], to show the public how the
water fountain operated. Regrettably, with budget cuts
that business office closed a few years ago, has now
been demolished, and is about to be replaced with an
Eckerd drug store! I have no idea what happened to
their glass-encased drinking fountain.

I would suggest that you talk to the community affairs
division of your local water supplier. Not only might
they be willing to help you design a similar drinking
fountain exhibit, they may be willing to pay for it!

I am looking for some nice examples of an outdoor
drinking fountain
that has
an exhibit/educational component. Has anyone done this
or know a good
provider?
