Either Grainger or McMaster-Carr carry hand dryers. They don't come in
colors, but you may be able to paint some of the finishes (being
careful, of course, not to paint over any instruction or safety
labels).

Either of these are like the hardware stores we all probably wish we
had down the street, but would quickly exhaust our budgets if we did.
These are the places I often turn to when someone asks a question that
starts with "Do you know where I could find...?"
