Dear all,

Elizabeth Kolbert, author of Field Notes From a Catastrophe, was in town
this last weekend to talk about the process she followed to gather the
information in the book. She noted that she is not an educator or a
science writer, but gets many teachers asking her for suggestions of
curriculum materials regarding global warming to use in the classroom.
I said I would seek out suggestions from educators.

I would appreciate your sharing with me what you find most useful. I
will compile the information I get and share it with her - as well as
send it back out on the listserv.

Thanks,

Dennis
