It is an interesting point that even X-files mentions because many people
never realised about the year zero and would fiercely argue that 2000 wa
s the millenium and would say in defense if it were not the millennium th
an why are all the celebrations in the year 2000? as a marketing professo
r and geek myself i would answer because 2000 looks cleaner than 2001 and
it allows for better marketing. Thus the moral of the story is that 2000
is the marketing millennium but the true one is 2001-:) Edith
