I agree with Donald Satz's displeasures concerning mass market distributors
and retailers of classical music.  If I want a CD, I use either CD World in
the Internet or Compact Disc World in New Jersey.  Why pay for inefficient
stocking of CDs, incompetent advice and service, and inordinately expensive
comparatively.
