Indeed they are!  But seriously, you are right about the information that
appears on this list.  Due to extreme time pressures (partly caused by
having to read all the messages on this list every day) I don't usually
manage to read any CM 'zines, but I have been put on the scent of many a
fine piece of music by list members.

Of course, the great advantage of a list such as this is that you can
not only read the review, but argue with or further query the writer of
it directly.  We also gladly entertain questions from classical music
neophytes, no matter how elementary they might seem, and welcome the chance
to help along those new to the music.  After all, there are so few of us
that every newcomer is worth cultivating.
