Off the top of my head:

Outside the DG catalogue there is a stunning live Beethoven 4th on Orfeo.
He also did one of the Vienna New Year's Day concerts which is on Sony.
It seems there is a live Verdi Otello in the La Scala archives which DG
are trying to get rights to also.

He is a very elusive charachter.
