In Washington, DC, Tower has never had any real competition except from
Serenade Music which closed it's doors when the owners decided to retire.
However, their predatory pricing policies of the last couple of years are
despicable.  I was once a loyal customer who now buys most of my CD's
through the Internet - better pricing, better inventory and better
customer service.
