As a young teen excited by math, I really enjoyed reading Flatland. It wasn't until much later, as a grown woman, that I reread the classic. At that point I was appalled by the sexist nature of the book. I was therefore glad to find two newer books related to Flatland that take the original sexism into account.

You might want to check out these books too:
Flatterland by Ian Stewart, a sequel to the classic
and
The Annotated Flatland with notes and introduction by Ian Stewart

I hope that in using the film version or an audio version you avoid offending too many visitors. Flatland is great for those into math and science, but not everyone will see it's value.
