I have heard a few recently, and here are my top 3:

1.  Mitsuko Uchida (Philips) - Very poetic and Romantic...  the saddest
2nd movement!  Wonderful!  (Her series of Schubert piano music is
incredible).

2.  Clara Haskill (Great Pianists of the 20th Century) - A bit faster
on movement 1, but I hear things I didn't know were there ...

3.  Radu Lupu - Not quite as poetic as Uchida, but a stronger, less sad
take on the piece.
