Monica,
I would be interested to hear their thoughts as compared with the museum
community. I would expect it to be similar but I'm not sure if it is fair to
say there is a higher concentration on scientific method within museums, yet
clearly face-to-face contact with evolutionary principles at the zoos. Just
an off the top of my head remark but I think I would expect a higher
concentration of creationists within museums - especially those in countries
like the USA - where evolution is rarely explored, no holds barred. Then
again, I expect it would be easier for creationists to get their message
into zoos. This would be worthy of a research project... if only I had the
time.
If you do happen to post our discussion with the zoo list could you ask if
you could send the odd post from them back to us?
Best,
Amanda

I have an one foot in the zoo field and one foot in the science center

Would you all mind if I forwarded the Tulsa Zoo discussion to them?
