Hi All,

Has anyone ever heard of or seen transfer designs done directly on interior plaster walls? We have 4 fragments from an adobe in Old Town San Diego that I swear look just like the foliate scrolls on transfer decorated plates.

Several of our local interior experts are stumped. A paint specialist looked at them and said she did not know how it was done. She did not believe it was a transfer from wall paper. She'll analyze the color later; but it is cobalt blue in appearance.

Thanks for your replies in advance.

Thanks,
SD Walter
