The "theme" restaurants "Zum Zum" in the US and Canada, served "Hell"
and "Dunkel" beers (one on Washington Square too) except the one I
worked in, in a "family mall". No the plates weren't nailed down but
they cooled off fast. One "alumnus" of the metal dish room went on to
receive an Oscar in make-up for "Dick Tracy". The one I worked in's
franchise owner's family was an owner of the now NYC Landmark "Four
Seasons" and went to the Cornell University School of Hotel
Management, Mr. Allen Sheresky. The "parent" corporation, Restaurant
Associates, Inc., provides food services in some large museums and at
the US Open tennis competition.
