My Cossack Ph.D site has lots of glass, some of which is solorised. The site
has been divided into four chronological layers dating to the 1870s, 1880s,
turn of the century and post 1930. The actua dates are quite precise. I did
a time lag analysis on them and got a lag of only 3 or 4 years.  However I
can't send the whole data base its huge. Would the info on the solorised
glass and the dates of the layers containing it do?

Thanks to those who already sent in responses to my request for spreadsheets
or any other information about solarized amethyst bottles.  I was also asked
to
clarify what I needed, but our computer system was really fouled up last
week.  I could receive but often could not send back out.

I left what I was looking for intentionally a bit vague because,
essentially, I
was looking for virtually any empirical or field data about solarized
amethyst
glass.  More specifically, what I really need is sites that contain
solarized
amethyst glass and a solid "cap" on the dating of the site.  For example, I
reported in 1993 on a dump site that had a solid "cap" of 1942 because that
was when a major building was built atop it.  The sites I need now, however,
would have caps in the late 19th/early 20th centuries.

Data on individual bottles that have solarized to an amethyst color and have
distinct known dates would also be helpful.  For example, I have amethyst
soda bottles from El Paso that date between 1909 and 1911 based on local
historical and empirical data and New Mexico Hutchinson finished soda
bottles that cannot predate 1895.  If I can find enough of that type of
data, it
will help.
