Hello All,

I have been asked to research the daily public programs of other ASTC centers. I appreciate your willingness to help out with this informal but important survey. Responding off-list would probably be best. I have searched the archives but could not find any info. If you know of better search words than "public programming" please let me know.

1. Does your center offer daily public programs for visitors? If so, how often per day?

2. How are the topics decided upon? Are they themed with exhibits, themed with quarters, or constant?

3. What percentage of your paying visitors attend your public programs per year (or month)? (Most important question!)

4. Do your programs take place in a theater or out on the floor? Do you find any advantages or disadvantages to either?

5. Do your programs include a hands-on activity or are they more of a demonstration?

6. What topics are the best received in your center?

7. If your programs are out on the floor, do you have tables and chairs? If so, are they stored after the program?

Thank you so much for your help!
