Apologies for not e-mailing all of you individually, but a big thank you to
everyone who e-mailed me off-list with the details of my 1995 SHA papers.  Much
appreciated!

Now if only I could find someone who has the programme (and thus my paper title)
for the 'new directions' Durham SPMA conference...

Paul?  I know you were there...  And isn't Matthew Johnson reading this list
anymore?
