A fellow collegue asked me to post this for him. If you want to post to the
list rather than to him directly I can forward the info.

Hello all,

I'm searching for studies of nineteenth and early twentieth century utopian
pioneer settlements, either religious (eg. Mormon, Shaker, etc.) or secular
(socialist/ communist). Sites in Australia are preferred, but sites in
America, Canada, New Zealand, or other countries with similar traditions may
also be helpful. I'm interested specifically in archaeological studies rather
than historical treatises. If you have references or comments, please contact
me at [log in to unmask]

Thank you for your time.
