Actually George, I got the list from my 'bottle buddy' David Whitten (whos
website on glass makers I shared in July - see below)...who had emailed the
O-I corporate office a few months ago...asking for a current plant
list. He was a bit shocked someone actually replied with the list (the one
I posted)...but I don't think he made a note of the person who sent it to
him...so I'm afraid an anonymous personal communication with
Owens-Illinois, Inc. is all I can provide for a reference. If I learn more
from David...I will pass it on.

This 1999 annual O-I report lists the plants by product of manufacture
(glass, plastic, etc.)...if this is of any help (I did not read any of the
text)...but it doesnt state plant #s :
