CSU has a set also.

I'd guess that any Land Grant college would also have a set.

Carl Barna is partly right. Denver has one because Metropolitan State
College and the Denver Library system are a federal repository.  I suggest
you look for one in your area. Once you get the hang of the federal system
of numbering, it's easy. (I used to work in a library that was a repository
as well).
