Laura,
We use two Wow's to close our demos.  We place a
margarita glass on an
elevation with a plastic drip catcher- for use the
large plastic top to
a
storage bin- the glass should have 1.2 bubble to water
mix in about ½
of the
glass.  Pour a steady full stream of liquid nitrogen
into the bubble
mix and
it will explode with bubble which will cascade and
freeze.  Otherwise
the
old standard- just pour the remainder of your nitrogen
at the close of
the
demonstration on the stage floor.
