National Honey Board web site  http://www.nhb.org/indicates figures as
follows:

  Average Retail Price per Pound = $3.88/lb

  Average Wholesale Case Price Per Pound = $2.59

  with average price for Chinese honey (so far in 2005) at $0.39 cts.
