This would be a 'forced choice' more related to
efficiency and competition. The more efficient
fopragers are displacing the others.
Compete competitors cannot coexist. If two
non-interbreeding populations possess exactly the same
ecological requirements, and live in the same place,
one will have slight advantage and, over time, will
replace the other completely according to the
competition theory.
