The only recording I know of it is on a Candide LP with Massenet's Piano
Concerto and Gounod's Fantasy on the Russian National Hymn.  The pianist
is Marylene Dosse.  The Massenet has been re-released on a Vox 2-CD set
of French concertos (Candide was a Vox label) but AFAIK the others have
gone into the ether.
