Looks like this is gone already.  This notice is posted on the Berkshire
site:

   OUR APOLOGIES: we were very much surprised by the demand for
   the complete Bach set on Hanssler.  We sold our 100 allocated
   copies in less than 48 hours.  Unfortunately, we are unable
   to restock this set because we were just advised that this
   particular edition is not authorized for sale in the US. We
   are attempting to obtain supplies of the authorized edition
   from Hanssler and will notify you via e-mail if we are
   successful.
