True enough.  I just checked the old LP on which the concerto runs about
28 minutes.  The Hyperion is about 36.

If I have the right CD, I think the Milennium containing this with the
Britten Piano Concerto omits the last movement of the Britten.  Now that
*is* drastic surgery!
