I got bumped off the list, hopefully back on now...
Does anyone have a good source for stock / custom large plastic ellipsoids? Note that I am NOT talking about simple spheres, and NOT something you could hold comfortably in one hand. I'm looking for a prolate spheroid, or a flattened prolate spheroid like the asteroid-like Kuiper Belt object 2003EL61. Size: at least few feet long. I'm assuming (and hoping) hollow.
