Chris Mulford makes a great point about the formula industry inappropriately
suggesting breastfeeding promotion needs to be balanced (against the needs
for CEOs to make egregious profits from selling formula, I presume).
I think about this all the time, because when I taught Human Nutrition at
the university, NO ONE EVER asked me to give a "balanced" presentation on
cancer ("Cancer can be good for you") or vegetables ("Of course, no one can
be expected to eat vegetables every day") or anything at all to do with
nutrition except...TA DAAA! Breastmilk.
