You may be right, but I do not have the equipment to try this.  I also
wonder what effect the 'order of magnitude' would have on the comb!  To be
honest, I am also not very interested in spinning out the heather honey - it
introduces very small bubbles that give the final product a muddy
appearance.  I use a modified rack and cloth wine press that gives a clear
honey with good sized bubbles that sparkle - prize-winning honey!
