I can only answer this very ambiguously: 'somewhat'.

I am afraid that, due to poor sight (I've had a LOT of laser surgery) I
can't get the full benefit of the site.  Which is a pity, as it looks
very interesting.  I'm guessing there is some way to play with the
dynamics of time?  

It would be very easy to make this site more accessible - if you are the
designer, or can put me in touch with him or her or the team, I'll
explain off-list what their problems are in more detail.
