Ok, but what about the general sessions where there is no organizer?

I talked to Karen Hutchinsion, and was told that:

1) laptops are only needed for the presentations at the York Moat House Hotel.
2) letters will be going out to tell those folks that they need to
bring a laptop.

However, as I pointed out to Karen, the preliminary program does not
tell you where your presentation is.

I also suggested to Karen that news items like this could be posted on
Histarch in addition to the newsletter.
