Following is from Godden, page 84. (Godden, Geoffrey A., Encyclopaedia of
British Pottery and Porcelain Marks, Barrie and Jenkins, London, 1964)

T. & R. Boote Ltd. Waterloo Pottery (and other addresses), Burslem.
Staffordshire Potteries. 1842-  . "Earthenwares, Parian wares, Tiles, etc."

Distinguishing details of several printed or impressed marks of differing
design: name of the individual pattern is often included, 1842 onwards. The
Royal Arms were often included in Boote's Victorian marks.

(He also shows sketches of three marks that were printed between 1809-1906.
According to the Kovels "New Dictionary of Marks" (1986 Crown Publishers NY)
the word "Warranted" came into use in the 1890s. They illustrate four Boote
marks, but none with "Warranted" included...
