Carol and all,
This is a bit late on this topic.
W. B. M. Co. was the manufacturer's mark for Western Bottle
Manufacturing Co., Chicago, Illinois, in business from 1901 to ca. 1930.
Specializing in drug store bottles, the plant was located on Randolph St., and its first
president was John B. Kelter (Bethman 1991:78).
Bethman, David
1991 The Pioneer Drug Store: A History of Washington State Drug Stores
and Their Bottles. Privately Printed, n. p.
Bethman is a drug store bottle collector in Washington state. His
small but excellent section on manufacturer's marks (pp. 73-79) contains references
unavailable in Toulouse.
Hope this helps,
Bill Lockhart
