This was out on an Milleniumm Classics CD (MCD 80116) ca.  1996 - with
the Busoni Indian Fantasy and Brittens Op.  13 Concerto..  Mitchell and
Strickland named but the orchestra credited as NDR SO..

Havent listened to it for ages..
