For those Americans (and Canadians) who don't know...this is what we know as
Linden, or Basswood. As the honey has a slight mint taste, the Europeans
wisely call it a Lime Tree. (There are many species.)
"Rape" is Canola...a type of mustard.
"Honeydew", of course, is sap from evergreen trees! Something Americans
several generations removed from their ancestry cannot imagine consuming,
let alone collecting by the barrels (or drums)!
