where those numbers represent (air time fraction of c.m.)/(donations
from cm people,) here is what I would do: Either
A. Stick the numbers in a drawer and continue the 45 %.
B. Announce that you are cutting c.m. to 17 % unless the c.m.
cheapskates show up with money by midnight tonight.
C. Increase the c.m. to 60 %. telling your staff that
their kids will have to go to public school, and they will
have to trade their Beamers in for used Yugos.
