I would have to say Hyperion.  Their Romantic Piano Concerto series is
what I have been waiting for for 40+ years.  ALL of their disks are great
and they have a superb group of soloists and conductors.

Naxos is equally great in giving us the opportunity to sample a variety
of relatively unknown composers and artists (as has been said over and
over on this list).
