Hi everyone,

We are a relatively new organization and are embarking on purchasing donor
database software.  We will want to maintain fundraising records (including
multi-year pledges), volunteer data, events, planned giving, and of course
other things that we don't even know we need yet.  :)
Any advice on good (and not-so-good software) for us?
